Midnight Bear Breads is an artisan bakery located on the beautiful island of Kauai, Hawaii. Ursa Swift and Evan McAfee have owned and operated the bakery since 2012 in Hanapepe. We started off selling our artisan breads at farmers markets and retail stores around the island.
Opening a retail bakery in 2015 has expanded into selling our artisan breads, croissants, sandwiches, panini’s, pizza, and coffee all fresh at our bakery location in historic Hanapepe town. Using the finest organic ingredients, old traditional technique, and European equipment; we strive to make the best product we can.
We Are Currently Open Offering Take Out & Dine In At The Bakery. Come into the bakery to see, smell, touch, and taste what we’ve created for you!
