This special evening precedes the 7th Kauai Chocolate & Coffee Festival. You will receive exclusive access to the Blu Umi Garden for a special Chocolate & Coffee themed six-course dinner plus a free gift tote bag. The six-course dinner features locally grown cacao, coffee and produce, with wine and specialty cocktail pairings.
Six-Course dinner ticket $195

First Course
Kaua’i shrimp Escabeche with local citrus and white chocolate, avocado mousse, Thai basil, shaved Imua coffee beans
Second Course
Locally grown greens salad, thinly sliced seasonal vegetable crudité, pickled onions, cacao and honey vinaigrette, edible garden flowers
Third Course
Seared Kauai coffee rubbed catch of the day, carrot-ginger purée, potato angel hair, pea shoots, white chocolate beurre-blanc
Main Course
Achiote braised short ribs, buttermilk ulu mousseline, roasted local vegetables, dark chocolate in a coffee demi-glace
Dessert
Dark chocolate beet cake, candied beet frosting, coffee and caramel stracciatella gelato, dark chocolate and coffee anglaise

There is 1 public parking lot in Historic Hanapepe, otherwise street parking is available.
